Equal Housing Opportunityleasd supports and complies with the Fair Housing Act and all applicable federal, state, and local fair housing laws. All housing opportunities presented through the Services are offered without discrimination.

Our commitment

Leasd Group LLC ("leasd") is committed to equal housing opportunity. We do not discriminate, and we do not permit agents or properties using our platform to discriminate, against any person in the provision of services on the basis of:

  • Race
  • Color
  • Religion
  • National origin
  • Sex (including gender identity and sexual orientation)
  • Familial status (including children under 18 and pregnant persons)
  • Disability
  • Any other class protected under federal, Texas, or local law

What this means on leasd

Property listings, matching, and recommendations on the platform — including any AI-assisted matching — are based on objective housing criteria such as budget, location, bedroom count, and availability. They are never based on a renter's membership in a protected class.

Agents and properties using leasd are independently responsible for complying with all fair housing laws in their own conduct, advertising, and decisions.

Reasonable accommodations

Persons with disabilities are entitled to request reasonable accommodations and modifications. If you need assistance using the Services because of a disability, contact us at partners@leasdapp.com.

Reporting discrimination

If you believe you have experienced housing discrimination, you may file a complaint with the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) at hud.gov/fairhousing or by calling 1-800-669-9777. You may also contact the Texas Workforce Commission Civil Rights Division.
